A few things we do every time:
A few things we do every time:
- Leave out name tags for everyone (or create new ones on the spot!). We laminate ours so that the name tags are much more durable.
- Announce the "Letter of the Day!"
- Ask "Whose name has a _ in it?"
- Ask "Does anyone have anything with them that starts with _?"
- Sing the Alphabet! Sing it traditionally or to the Mary Had a Little Lamb tune.
- Have stamps and/or stickers of the letters at the end of every program
- The kids leave their name tags so that they will be there for the next letter!
